VAMOK Membership
How to join
You can join the student union if you have enrolled as a present student at Vaasa University of Applied Sciences.
The membership applications for Autumn 2024 will be evaluated starting from 1.8.2024.
- When you join, you will receive a Slice.fi or Pivo mobile student card.
- With Slice or Pivo mobile student cards, you can identify yourself as a VAMOK member and take advantage of VAMOK’s member prices.
- With a student card, you are entitled to Kela’s meal support, VR and Matkahuolto travel ticket discounts.
- You are entitled to VAMOK’s member benefits.
- You can hold positions of trust in VAMOK.
- Before joining, you must register as present for the semester/academic year at school.
- Membership is done through an online form.
- When filling out the membership form, you will need to provide a clear passport-style photo of yourself.
- Membership dues are paid during the enrollment process through online banking or with a payment card.
