Cotton candy machine
VAMOK’s pink cotton candy machine is available for rent to sweeten up your events! The cotton candy machine is easy to use, and we also provide you with 50 cotton candy sticks and a packet of sugar for making cotton candy. You can purchase an additional sugar packet for 1 € and extra cotton candy sticks for 10€ per 50 pieces. If you want to rent the cotton candy machine for the entire weekend, please book the Friday of that week using the reservation calendar below.
Usage
The cotton candy machine should only be used outdoors or in spacious and well-ventilated indoor areas. During use, the machine heats up and spreads sugar dust, which can trigger a fire alarm. When you place your order, you will receive comprehensive instructions for operating and cleaning the machine.
Pick-up and return
The cotton candy machine can be picked up on weekdays (Mon-Thu) between 12:00-15:00 and must be returned the next day between 10:00-11:30. For weekend rentals, pick up is on Thursday between 12:00-15:00 and return is the following Monday between 10:00-11:30. Exceptions can be arranged.
The cotton candy machine must be returned at the agreed time, cleaned and in the condition as when rented. The machine will be inspected together with the renter before the rental period begins. If the renter damages the machine or any of its parts beyond use, they are obligated to compensate the renter with the price of a new equivalent product. If the machine is returned dirty, the renter is required to pay a cleaning fee of 100 euros.
Payment
The rental fee for the machine is paid at the time of pickup and can be paid in cash or with a card. Businesses and associations also have the option of invoicing. To be eligible for a member discount, remember to bring a valid membership or student ID with the renter’s name on it when picking up the key. The machine can only be collected by the person whose name the reservation is made under. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the rental date. Full rental price will be charged for cancellations made after this period.
